Work-Life Works! portal (“Portal”) is owned and maintained by the Tripartite Alliance for Fair & Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), supported by the Tripartite Committee on Work-Life Strategy (Tricom). The use of this Portal constitutes agreement with the terms and conditions provided in this agreement.

- attempting to interfere with service to any User, host or network, via means of submitting malicious software to the Portal, overloading or spamming;
- sending unsolicited emails, including promotion and/or advertising of products or services.
Violations of the Portal security may result in civil or criminal liability. TAFEP will investigate occurrences, which may involve such violations and may involve, and co-operate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who are involved in such violations.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage (i) that you may incur on account of using, visiting or relying on any statements, opinion, representation or information in the Portal, (ii) resulting from any delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, Internet access difficulties or malfunctions in equipment or software, or (iii) the conduct or the views of any person who accesses or uses the Portal.
