Don't miss this opportunity to network and gain valuable insights from ManpowerGroup’s findings on workplace flexibility. At this event, we will also update you on the new initiatives and programmes introduced recently by TAFEP and our tripartite partners.

ManpowerGroup Solutions’ latest white paper, Work, for Me, reveals that nearly 40% of global candidates list schedule flexibility as one of their top 3 factors when making career decisions. It is not just working mothers who desire flexibility, 45% of global male candidates value schedule flexibility too, showing that flexibility is fast becoming a gender-neutral issue.

In a separate ManpowerGroup’s white paper, Millennial Careers: 2020 Vision, reiterates the importance of schedule flexibility with a focus on millennials. It discovered that 86% of millennials prioritise time-off as a motivator when deciding their career. They are concerned with finding a better work-life balance as most expect themselves to be working for the long haul, with 14% of millennials in Singapore expecting to work till they die. Based on the survey of candidate demands, workplace flexibility is no longer an option for organisations that want to attract and retain top talent.

At this event, Josh Goh, Marketing Director at ManpowerGroup Singapore will speak about the white papers and present some plausible solutions for employers to meet candidates’ demands for flexibility while aligning with their own needs. He will also introduce 6 ways employers can use candidate preferences as an opportunity to improve their talent management strategy and better meet the demand for flexibility.
