Each Tripartite Standard comprises a set of verifiable and actionable employment practices that employers should adopt. By adopting the Tripartite Standards, employers will be able to distinguish themselves and improve their ability to attract and retain talent. They will be listed on TAFEP’s website and may use the Tripartite Standards logomarks in their job advertisements and marketing collaterals.

TAFEP organises a series of Tripartite Standards Clinics to help employers understand more about the various Tripartite Standards, and through these clinics, employers will learn how to implement and adopt these Standards.

The Tripartite Standards Supervisory programmes are specially designed for HR and management staff to identify training needs and skills of supervisory staff necessary to ensure their supervisors can effectively implement the standards. The clinic is designed to enable the management staff to develop and conduct internal classes.
